Where and when can I charge?

Yes, our charging card works at many charging stations, both at home and abroad. However, we can only guarantee the cheapest rates at our own charging stations. For non-owned charging stations, the rate depends on the CPO and MSP that manage the charging station.
The EnergyDrive charging card gives you access to tens of thousands of charging stations throughout Europe. The EnergyDrive charging card is connected to the following platforms, among others, via several interoperability agreements:
- Girève

I have a financial question
The standard price of a subscription is EUR 20. For this you receive a free EnergyDrive charging card, access to the guaranteed cheapest rates and the right to use a Brusol shared car free of charge. But beware, for the time being this subscription is completely free and will therefore cost you nothing.
This depends on the charging station. Every operator can set the price on a charge point himself.
This tariff can consist of different elements:
- a starting fee,
- a volume tariff (per kWh charged)
- and/or a time tariff (per minute).
The applicable rate is indicated on the charge point. Our prices are listed here.
You receive a monthly invoice with a detailed overview of all your loading transactions of that month. Payment is fully automatic, via direct debit.

I have a technical question
Our charging stations comply with the strictest regulations and conform to all the required safety provisions. With a compatible plug, it is 100% safe to charge your car at these charging stations.
The vast majority of electric cars are connected to the charging station via a charging cable with a type 2 plug. This charging cable is brought by the e-driver and must fit the car. Consult the manual of your car for the right cable.
To use an ultrafast charger, you need a CCS connection on the car. EnergyDrive's ultrafast chargers have permanently installed charging cables that can be connected to well-equipped vehicles without adapters.
The charging time for an electric car depends on the battery, the charging technology in the vehicle, the type of charging station and the type of charging cable. In general, you can fully charge your car at a 22 kW charging station in about four hours, while you can do it in less than 15 minutes at an ultrafast charger.
The market for electric cars and charging stations consists of various parties. There is the Charge Point Operator (CPO) and the Mobility Service Provider (MSP). The CPO takes care of the supply of the charging points, the installation and maintenance of the charging points and the breakdown service. The MSP sells mobility products and services. In this case, a subscription to the charging, the associated charging card and/or the app, and the payment for your charging sessions. EnergyDrive is both CPO and MSP.
For most cars, a charge level of 80% is sufficient for normal daily use. We recommend that you increase the charge limit only when driving long distances.
Ultrasonic chargers pass through a car's on-board charger and deliver up to 350 kW direct current (DC) directly to the battery. This power requires special transformers and mains connections that are not available in homes. The result is that a car is charged in no time: often in 15 minutes or less.
